At LUNIVE, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but in the rare case you receive damaged, leaked, or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement.

📦 Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

1. The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking

2. You received wrong item

Please Note:
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened products unless they arrived damaged.

⏳ Timeframe

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

NOTE: Claims made after 48 hours cannot be processed.

📸 What We Need From You

To process your exchange quickly, please share:

1. Order number (i.e LNV1234);

2. A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product

3. A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

Send the details to our Customer Care via WhatsApp or Email.

🔄 Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified:

1. Free replacement will be shipped to you

2. No extra delivery charges

3. No return required (in most cases)

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The product has been opened or used

2. The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery

3. Damage occurred after delivery due to customer handling

4. The customer changed their mind after receiving the product
