Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 business days.
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) usually receive orders within 2–3 days.
Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide.
Please ensure your contact number is active so our courier can reach you.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp update with tracking details.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel in real time.

🚚 Shipping Charges

Standard shipping fee: Rs. 180–250, depending on your city and courier rates.
Free shipping may apply during promotions.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If the courier is unable to contact you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.

📬 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incomplete:

Contact us within 24–48 hours with pictures/video,
We will arrange a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
